This autumn, Roe brings the world of The Hunger Games to life with two immersive set menus, available from 20th October. Inspired by both the rustic simplicity of District 12 and the decadent indulgence of the Capitol, each menu tells a different story through flavour.
From truffle-scented mushrooms, candied crab, and roasted venison to charred vegetable “Peeta” bread, crispy Mockingjay wings, and braised short rib, the dishes celebrate both extravagance and resilience. Each journey ends on a sweet note – with Golden Victory Cake or a comforting rice and raisin pudding.
